order issue - PMDG 737 8900 Base

Hi, sorry first time posting in this forum so unaware if I am indeed posting in the correct location.

 

I have today purchased the above mentioned package and although the payment has gone through my account, the online shop has told me that there is an issue with the payment and so has not released the product to me.

 

I’ve contacted the support email and a gentleman by the name of Tom got back to me and told me that nothing could be done until tomorrow.

 

In light of the fact that this product has been paid for (proof can be provided) and that Sunday is my only “fly-day” I’d really like this seen to asap whoch is why I am reaching out to fellow forum members.

 

I hope to grab an aerosoft agent’s attention and hope that this matter is resolved swiftly - I always buy from aerosoft as I think they offer fantastic products and services, however due to this I will have to think carefully before ordering from them again.

It is weekend and most of the Aerosoft employees are not in the office. You can rest assured, that your case will be handled tomorrow, once everybody is back in the office.

Please be patient. I am pretty sure everything will be sorted out properly and to your satisfaction, but just not on a Sunday afternoon.
