Good day Aerosoft Team,

I arrived yesterday back from my holidays, bought Professional A320-A321 and was flying now to ESGG.

Unfortauently my P3D crashed after 1 hour of flight without any error message. It happened when I was looking in to the FMS.

Got here the error details below:

There were few reports; but it could not really been tracked down. In one case uninstalling RAAS solved the problem, in another case updating the driver for the graphic card solved it.

Thanks Otto for the tip.

I'm going to update navida graphic driver and make a testflight. Coming back soon with a final report.

Hi Guys

I couldn't test it until now, because after I have updated the navida graphic driver my simulator didn't start anymore..

I have asked LM now for support, mabye someone elese here in the forum can help me.

As soon my flightsimulator works, I can make a testflight and return with a report regarding my first issue

The code base between the all the aircraft is exactly the same (or at least will be late this week) so then there can't a serious reason that one of them works and the other not.

Other then RAAS seeming to cause issues on some systems we have not yet been able to find an CTD issue with a clear cause. The log files always indicate the code gets an incorrect reply when we talk to a P3D function and that seems to suggest the issue is that the sim is not okay. This idea is enhanced by the fact that users who had issues re-installed the sim (complete install, not update) and had no more issues.

With complex software like an add-on inside a simulator you should expect a certain number of unexplainable CTD's , but if it is a repeating issue I would most certainly consider a clean sim. We have seen rather massive problems from people who used the P3d v4.2 to v4.3 client update without rebooting first.

No! Sometimes it is after the pushback or on the way to the runway or after the start.

The A320 works fine!

The A318/A319 will be brought to the same status late this week, so then we will know if your issues were indeed caused by this version.

Hi Guys

Made this weekend three flights with A320 and didn't have any crash anymore.

I think the reason was because graphic driver was not up to date.
