wsciutti 1
Gentlemen, ladies, Thank you for the 320/321 professional especially the update. I still cannot reduce the sound volume via the MCDU settings. Is this still under review or perhaps I missed something? Thanks in advance. wsciutti 1
Yes, that is correct. I dropped the left side to 50, then saved the flight. I then exited p3d, reloaded the saved flight and the volume is the same. Perhaps there is a required way of reducing the sound? Thanks for replying. wsciutti 1
Yes sir, that appears to be the case but let me do some more testing as I did when a beta tester for Flight One some time ago. I will reduce P3D volumes to 0 and then the bus to 0 and see what I get. Thanks again for your interest. Jack EDIT: Mathijs, based on my testing, the changes DO take effect immediately. What is happening is that the P3D engine sound will override the bus volume depending on the P3D setting. If my P3D engine sound is too high, the effect is to make the bus volume changes unnoticeable. So, I suggest a P3D engine setting less than a users' desired bus volume setting. The default P3D sound settings seem much too high for our bus. Hope this test results help someone. Best Regards, Jack
