0D1N 0 Posted September 10, 2018 Share Posted September 10, 2018 Hey folks. Today I planned to do a flight from KORD to KEGE. The estimated fuel for the flight was 8700KG i ensured it was loaded in the aircraft before pushback and it was. I set all my parameters in the FMS, flex temps, weights, ect. The aircraft was already running when I set the preflighted/set parameters. When I added power to begin my taxi the aircraft taxied then both engines shutdown. I thought it was a glitch. So I fired up the APU, started both engines again, reprogrammed my route and headed towards the runway, ensuring I had enough fuel..it showed 8600KG. So I made it to the runway, set my flex temp, started my climb, got to about 15000 Feet then the engines shut off again. Is anyone else having this problem or have had this problem before ?
