Dear Aerosoft, et-al,

 

I have a new purchase and installation of the 318/319 for P3Dv4. After a clean install and load of an aircraft I have textures missing from the cockpit. Any ideas, thoughts?

If using EZDOK run the config tool

Also, are you using any external shader tool? If so, please disable it for test purpose.

 

I have Envdir but it's not running. I don't have EZDOK. SODE and UTLive are the only related applications running.

That error could be caused by the fact the path name to the textures folders is longer then 256 characters.

I just found it; it's in an unorthodox location but I counted 156 characters.plus or minus a couple.

Okay then it is not that. Are you 100% sure you are using P3D V4.3?

I was within 256 but I reinstalled it anyway. That seemed to be it, the textures are visible. One question though: when selecting I can see GPU in passenger entryway, any thoughts?

That issue we have only seen with the 256 char issue.
