stefaandk 0
I purchased VFR Germany from simmarket, I was hoping to install it on a seperate path but the installation forces me to use my FSX directory. I'm out of room on my FSX disc :? Changing the whole thing to a bigger disc is not that simple so was wondering if there is any way around this. I remember that in fs9 I was able to install megascenery on different disk. Thx
Shaun Fletcher 570
Hello stefaandk, I made sure this time round my FSX partition had loads of room after thinking 30 gigs was enough for FS2004 FSX has a 300 gig hard drive all to itself. You could try copying the fsx.exe to the folder you want to install to and see if that works, but it may also not work if it needs to alter any files that are in the root FSX file. Cant hurt to try though.
Cartman 0
VFR Germany setup asks you 2 times for folders. 1st time for FSX path, 2nd time for the installation folder. Its better for FSX startup time, if you install in another folder.
