luke123452468 17 Posted August 5, 2018 Share Posted August 5, 2018 Hello, As you may know with the Aerosoft Airbus Professional, the gear wind sounds become very loud when taxiing around 20 knots or faster. I have created a modification for three sound files (until they are fixed) which lowers the volume or makes it quiet entirely. This was posted with permission from Aerosoft. Navigate to the following folder: \<P3D Main Folder>\Aerosoft A318-A319 Professional\SimObjects\Airplanes\Aerosoft A318-A319 Professional Base\Sound_ASC 2. Make a backup of these three files: ASC_GearWind ASC_GearWindOn ASC_GearWindOff 3. Pick the desired sound pack from the link above (mute to remove the sound completely, quieter for -15 dB quieter) and press download at the top right 4. Move the three .wav files from the downloaded folder in to the directory above and overwrite if asked (since you have made a backup) 5. Enjoy!
