Not really support issues here, but what is the beepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeep bell I get during climb passing around FL130? Is it something to do with the pws system? Just curious. Also, my updater seems to update the version, but it can't seem to recognise that it has, and shows as needing to update whenever I open it. Bit of a mystery.. Masterpiece though guys. Have a look at her by opening the camera on your lower ecam (use the switch on the lower left pedestal). If you like what you see, let her give you the coffee by unlocking the door.
