I am receiving the following error while updating the product with the updater:

That error is rather clear. The file that needs to be accessed is locked by your OS. Either it is loaded by some process or there is software blocking access to it - most likely some kind of anti-virus software. We suggest to reboot the machine, disable anti-virus, and before doing anything else run the updater with admin rights. Don't forget to re-enabled anti-virus right away after doing that.
