Serial number not recognised

I am having problems obtaining a discount on the A320 Family Bundle.

According to Aerosoft support, with whom I started a ticket, I am entitled to a discounted price of 39,97 euro for the new A320/321.

However, when I insert the serial number of my old A320/21 in the "enter voucher code/serial number box" the purchase price of 67,18 euro remains the same.

So does this mean the discount is not valid for the A320 Family Bundle but only applies to the upcoming release of the A320/21?

If this is the case then I guess there's absolutely no incentive for me to buy the Family Bundle?  

I don't think I'm alone in finding the pricing details quite confusing.

I am sorry you find this confusing, but if you think about it there is no way to simplify it without hurting groups of customers.
