PineappleWizard 44 Posted July 12, 2018 Share Posted July 12, 2018 So I happened to catch a glimpse of the EGT eclipsing nearly 1000C during departure a bit ago from KDFW. I only managed to notice this because I took a screenshot of someone who did not heed the proper departure runway on Vatsim. Too be fair when I pushed I was the only one at the airport haha I also used a rather low flex temp of 32 while the OAT was 32. Either way though I'm not sure the EGT should be that high.
