Cannot close Captain window

Recommended Posts

Hi.

I just opened a captain window but unfortunately can't close it.

With first officer side no issue.

What can make the trick?

Thanks

Gregory

Hi Gregory,

are you sure you pulled that pin on the slide where the window slides back?

This lock has to be pulled back before you can close the Window.

We reported this during Beta Testing. It may have popped back up again.

Look for it to be resolved in an upcoming update.

Thanks

While we did have this during the Beta... I just tried it and the door closes fine.

Can you double check that you moved the Lock Lever to the rear position before attempting to close the Window?

Please post screenshots as jpg or png. You can configure your P3D to create directly one of these formats instead of bmp.

Interesting, it's working fine for me on both sides.

If you continue to have issues, you might consider reinstalling:

1. Uninstall via the Windows Program Manager.

2. Remove remaining Airbus folders (there will be two of them).

3. Reboot.

4. Reinstall the Airbus and reboot.

Try it again to see if the problem remains.

The above takes about 15 minutes or less to do.
