Last minute change: Pushback

In the Checklist there is a built-in push back function but it could only be used together with the complete Checklist. Some users of the previous bus versions complained about this and requested that this function also should be available without using the complete CL.

This is now possible: we added to GROUND SERVICES a PUSHBACK menu item and to it the PUSHBACK SETUP menu function  This works the same as described in your Step-by-Step tutorial But if the user selects this push back function via GROUND SERVICES there is no need to use the complete CL anymore. The relevant CL  part only starts automatically after the settings are made and START has been pushed…… It also automatically ends when pushback is completed.

 
Whereas for the CL-pushback all necessary settings are prior made (Cockpit Preparation and Before Start CL) are for the GROUND SERVICES pushback only two things necessary:

·         All fuel pumps must be ON

·         APU must be available and APU BLEED = ON

Otherwise no electrical power will be available after pushback start and engine start.
