sfgiants13 0 Posted May 20, 2018 Share Posted May 20, 2018 I submitted a ticket to for the airbus series and SMF scenery that I bought from Simplanet to get transferred over to Aerosoft so I can redownload as instructed in this thread http://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/126629-simplanet-orders/ But, support replied that they can't do anything because I didn't by it directly from Aerosoft. Since he's hyper-busy as the trail boss on the soon to be released new Airbus series, there may be some delay until he can get back to you.
