Administrator Heinz Flichtbeil 1609 Posted April 6, 2018 Administrator Share Posted April 6, 2018 Hello, in the manual you find a installation description in german and english. The Manual (pdf format) you find in one of the 5 Airport folders: Aerosoft - Svalbard - ENSB But: All these 5 Airport Folders and the Mesh folder have to be copied in to your Custom Scenery folder of your installed X-Plane 11 folder. Infos about the MOD folder ... you find in the manual too ... Greets Heinz
maps2xplane 312
On 6.4.2018 at 17:28, Olatsu sagte: But where to put them , I am noob with xplane11... I'm probably late for this inquiry, but the following may be helpful also for others: The content of the unzipped AS_AIRPORT-SVALBARD_XPLANE11 goes directly into the root directory of the XP11 installation. Overwrite existing files and merge existing folders. You should end up with this folder structure: X-Plane 11 |--- Custom Scenery |--- ... |--- Aerosoft - Svalbard - ENAS |--- Aerosoft - Svalbard - ENBA |--- Aerosoft - Svalbard - ENPY |--- Aerosoft - Svalbard - ENSA |--- Aerosoft - Svalbard - ENSB |--- Aerosoft - Svalbard - MESH |--- ... |--- JSGME.exe |--- MODS |--- ... |--- Aerosoft - Svalbard - ENAS - Winter Mod |--- Aerosoft - Svalbard - ENBA - Winter Mod |--- Aerosoft - Svalbard - ENPY - Winter Mod |--- Aerosoft - Svalbard - ENSA - Winter Mod |--- Aerosoft - Svalbard - ENSB - Winter Mod |--- Aerosoft - Svalbard - MESH - Winter Mod |--- ... |--- Resources |--- map data |--- water |--- ... |--- +70+010 |--- +70+020 |--- +70+030 |--- +80+010 |--- +80+020 |--- +80+030 |--- ... JSGME is used to switch between the summer and winter season. Point the JSGME application to the MODS directory. More details can be found in the manual: AS_AIRPORT-SVALBARD_XPLANE11/Custom Scenery/Aerosoft - Svalbard - ENSB/Manual/Manual_Svalbard_de-en.pdf. BTW: JSGME can also be used with Wine under macOS. In addition Svalbard4XPlane is with v1.03 now fully compatible with TerraMAXX. @Marten can say more about that, if needed. Last but not least, I'd like to point out the lasted Svalbard snapshots I made, so you can see how the landscape should look like, when everything is correctly installed. Enjoy #Svalbard4XPlane and always happy landings!
SSAIRONE 0
Hi there, where do i install the Liverykit?? Since XP11 now supports native winter textures, are your textures required? Kind regards, Shelman
Developer FlyAgi 396 Posted April 10, 2020 Developer Share Posted April 10, 2020 I don't know if I understand your question right but are you asking if Svalbard works with SAM seasonal controls? If this is your question the I think the answer is no and you have to use the JSGME method as explained above or you need the TerraMaxx addon to control seasonal changes. Every scenery needs to be modified technically to be controllable through SAM so Svalbard will need an update to make it work this way.
