Next time it happens take screenshots or video of it and report what product and simulator you use. I say next time because it makes no sense to talk about something that happened only once. Only if it is reproducable can we try to help you. In case you are unfamiliar with the Airbus I suggest you read the manuals, fly the tutorial a few times and check youtube for instructional videos.
