Support overload. We are currently seeing 65% more demand for support then we normally see. We can only assume this is because more people are at home due to the corona crises. Our complete support staff is online and they are working flat out, but it will take some days before we can scale up resources. Please be patient.

Track and NOTAM´s not working

Unfortunately we´ve got some issues with our database for Tracks and NOTAM´s... but we are already working on a solution within the next few hours.

Tracks are looking fine, I am just not getting any weather.

I have deleted the content of the temp folder to force a complete reload. But no joy.

Switching from Online to ActiveSky and back also didn't worked.

Weather is restored.

In what respect, login is fine here. Likely the server was rebooted.

The WX update not work. I kow the problem with the server. I also have deleted the temp folder with no sucess.

Any help or information?

Well on my side weather is NOT restored. There still seem to be Problems with the Server.
