Peter Lee 0 Posted February 25, 2018 Share Posted February 25, 2018 Hello I have been suffering after I reinstall the airbus dlc that I got from Steam. I completely delete everything even the document-airbus folder. but the problem is when I reinstall the airbus 318/319/320/321 dlc It won't install the document-aerosoft-airbus so when i launch the game and tried to load the airbus, game froze. and when I tried to run the fuel planner, it said the file is missing. If that doesn't happen I can only think of two possible reasons: the windows user you are using to start the installer with doesn't have enough access privileges the installer is getting started by another windows user than you currently are, resulting the airbus folder being created into a documents folder of that other user Please check if you find the Aerosoft\Airbus folder below any other users documents folder (C:\Users).
