It's just copying the files in the scenery folder. Just wondering.. in times of other publisher installing anti-piracy programs on computers ... It's simply the traditional way of X-Plane, and in the end, easier for must users, esp. since X-Plane runs on Windows, Linux and MacOS. There are, however, more and more attempts for DRM in X-Plane, too (for aircraft it's nearly common now to activate them online, and there is even a scenery out there which only works correctly when activated).
