Speedbird ATC 93 Posted January 20, 2018 Share Posted January 20, 2018 I am trying to download the latest installer for the PMDG 777. When I try to add it as a product on the support portal I am given that message. I did not purchase my copy directly from Aerosoft, rather through Amazon.
