London Underground Resolution Problem

It would be appreciated if somebody in this forum could assist me with a problem that I am experiencing with the London Underground Train Simulation.  After adjusting the resolution in the programme to be higher, the programme no longer wants to open and displays an error message, resolution out of range.  However, I am unable to change the settings back to default as the programme does not want to open.  I have uninstalled the launcher and programme several times but the problem persists. I have also tried the Windows Display Settings, but to no avail.
