GEK_the_Reaper 233
Hello guys, I wanted to point out the Flip Switch logic on this ACFT (currently V 1.0.2.0)! In general (also common in other ACFTS) the flip sw have either 2 or 3 positions. A user operates those with mouse L/R clicks. A common (let's call it "normal") logic is to flip the sw down with L click and up with R click. Unfortunately the CRJ implements 3 different flip sw logics: 1. The "normal" logic explained above: e.g. EXT ACFT Lights and other sw 2. The inverted logic (L click switch up/R click switch down): e.g. HYD Pumps 3. The one click operation (L click flips up and down): e.g. N/W steering This is obviously not a big thing and will not end in a desaster but IMHO it would be real nice to have the "normal" logic (1) implement to all the switches. Thank you. Much appreciated, Gerald
david.hilker 32
+1 from me. Not a big deal but definitely annoying! It is just not logic, how it is implemented right now.
Deputy Sheriffs The Dude 6537 Posted December 4, 2017 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted December 4, 2017 Duly noted Gerald. We beta testers reported this issue since day one but somehow it was not possible to change. We just accepted it but it is a pain nevertheless. Who knows, maybe it will some day... Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted December 4, 2017 Aerosoft Share Posted December 4, 2017 And we know as well, but it is not a trivial change as it means all new models etc. Duly noted though.
GEK_the_Reaper 233
Can we at least hope that after you guys iron out the bigger issues you then reconsider fixing the switch thing in a later SP (or is this completely out of the question)? Is it possible to make a pinned (and closed) topic with opened issues, issues under investigation, known but postponed issues or something like that so if we encounter something we could just examine the list? Best regards, Gerald
