WOS3 Steam install virus?

I went to Steam to download WOS London Underground on my new computer but am prevented from completing the process as Norton discovered an apparent Trojan attached to the exe (see below).

we cant confirm any virus etc, also steam check every file - it might be a false positive message with the online activation.

Why would you install Norton AV? It's concrete-ware. Slow and inconsistent. Better to use the built-in one or Avast.
