Guest
I'm just wondering if its worth me upgrading my joystick I have nothing wrong with mine at the moment but I'm wondering whether its worth the £219 for a new joystick. I have a 5 year old cyborg v1.
Deputy Sheriffs Herman 1591 Posted November 8, 2017 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted November 8, 2017 Joystick preferences are very subjective. What feels "just right" to one will feel club-like to another. So while you might get some suggestions on what others prefer, only you can determine if it's worth upgrading your joystick. That said, there are many popular and capable joysticks on the market that retail for around half or less of the price range you're looking at. If I was committed to spending your budget on my sim hobby, I'd spend no more than half on the 'stick and the rest on a good add-on or two or maybe three. I have a Saitek X52Pro that I've had for about as long as you've had your Cyborg. If it died tonight, I'd by another X52Pro on Amazon ($56.01 US) without even thinking about it. I think I’ll stick with the cyborg only just read that the stick is ambidextrous so I can use it on the left and right.
