Overpowered Climb and unstable climb rate

I have not flown a real CRj yet but 1100 - 1400 fpm at FL340 seems a bit off to me. Can an real world, type rated pilots comment? 

 

Also the climb with .74 MACH is unstable. The vertical speed constantly fluctuates from 500 fpm to 1500 fpm for example. The same can be obvered during all phases of the decent. That is also not realistic nor normal.

Then the plane levels off 200-400 feet below the assigned altitute and sort of "floates" there. The only way to being it up to crusind altitutde is by manually interfering with VS mode. That is also a bug.

What exactly has been tested during beta? this is not funny anymore. It took my 3 flight so find all of this. I am just documenting it on the fourth....
