Start the exe file you downloaded and follow the instructions on your screen. There is no exe file among the downloadet files! But unfortunately not all manuals are updated too... Sorry. if there is no installer, then only the Keflavik folder of the downloaded and unpacked "Custom Scenery" folder must be copied into the Custom Scenery directory of your X-Plane 11 installation.
