Installed 1.05a, but not sure about a patch?

Thank you,

Curtis

It is in the linked topic (done by Oliver  Pabst).

Thank you for the replies.

I downloaded the patch; does it have the 4 steady lights included after the curved flashing lights.

The reason I ask is that I think I have seen these lights in a video somewhere.

Thank you,

Curtis

Without screenshot I don't know what you see and could not compare it with anything.

When you have Orbx installed, it could be that the lights are generated by that addon.

I carefully installed the files; some replaced original files and some were added. Still no 4 steady lights after the curved lights.

Can anyone confirm that this scenery actually has the 4 steady lights (in a straight row) after the curved flashing lights on the runway 05 approach?

Thank you,

Curtis

Hi @Curtis Jarrett, @OPabst,

I identified what we are talking about:

Attached some shots from a video and the current eAIP. At last the video itself, I will check this evening the scenery in P3Dv4.

Thanks Bob for the info's, didn't had this before in the Eurocontoll Charts. So, they are not yet in the scenery, will try to add them, when I find some minutes.

Hi Oliver, when you are doing the 4 steady lights RWY05, please ckeck the windmills in front of Approach 23. They are dark (no lights) at night. I can't imagine that that is real.

Attached the current AIP of LPMA.

Thanks, will do. When you can add the 4 steady lights, it will be great.

Hi @OPabst, I created a topic at the MK Forum. We will see.

According to the lead in lights, can you use the models of the old Madeira like you did with the lighthouses?

Steady lights on the approach were present in Madeira in earlier versions with SODE lightning made by us.

Good point on the windmills, I'll take it into account when preparing 1.06. Hopefully, lol. ;)

Have change the Approach Lead-In Lights to have the 4 static Lamps at the end.

Unzip the Files into the MaderiaXEvolution\Scenery folder and replace the old on.

This file is for FSX/FSX:SE/P3D V3: LPMA Leadin Flash Fix FSX-P3DV3.zip

This is only for P3D V4: LPMA Leadin Flash Fix P3DV4 only.zip
