Aerosoft CRJ Manager problems

Hi.

I notice that if CRJ Manager is opened before starting FSX everything looks ok.

But if I open CRJ Manager after FSX is in windowed mode I have some kind of display problems.

For example If I go to Options page and try to choose Nose wheel steering axis  I don't see all dropdown options. Everything is mixed up.

Also when simulator is in windowed mode and CRJ Manager is opened after, it is very hard to choose Aircraft Type.

I don't know is it connected with AERO in W7 .

Can somebody confirm.

Display resolution is 1920x1080
