Aerosoft Zürich (LSZH)

Recommended Posts

I originally downloaded this at the end of last year, installed it and it worked fine. It's been around 2 months since I've flown in/out of LSZH so I didn't find out that the scenery didn't load until recently. I tried inserting my XPLANE10 disc and reinstalling the GLOBAL AIRPORTS however this did nothing. Any ideas?

Photo scenery does seem to load...

My log.txt file is also downloadable.

Did you check that it's installed in the custom scenery folder?

Obviously, I did state that it did work. I have not edited the file at all. Maybe installing again? I'll see.

Global scenery will not fix this, a reinstall should place it in the custom scenery folder.

Hello,

in your Log.txt I see, that your Order of many sceneries are not correct. See below this line "I found the following scenery packages (prioritized in this order):" in the Log.txt.

There is a Photoscenery above the Airport Zurich. So Zurich is not visible.

Photosceneries have to position at the end of the scenery_packs.ini file. And Mesh Folders at the very end.

Additionally I only found the a and c folder of Zurich. Where is the b Folder?

Here you find some important tips for the Custom Scenery folder and how to work with it:

I tried doing what you said and re-ordering my scenerypacks.ini no hope so far :(

Could you possibly fix it?

Cheers

Currently, you have it like that in your .ini:

SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/Aerosoft LSZH Airport Zurich V2.0 b/
SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/Aerosoft LSZH Airport Zurich V2.0 c/
SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/Aerosoft LSZH Airport Zurich V2.0 a/

But it should be like that:

SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/Aerosoft LSZH Airport Zurich V2.0 a/

SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/Aerosoft LSZH Airport Zurich V2.0 b/
SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/Aerosoft LSZH Airport Zurich V2.0 c/

For the rest of the .ini (which is really totally mixed up) you really have to read the description Heinz' has linked for you, to understand what types of scenery you have installed and what to do with that. Here's a schematic drawing of the basic idea:
