Support ticket unanswered?

Hi guys,

 

I opened a support ticket (#201888). I tonight received an email that Mathijs' reply to that question needed a reaction from my side.

 

I did react via the Zenndesk though. Is that going the way it should?

 

I'm in no hurry by the way, just take your time. But I didn't get the reason for the email since 'you're it!' :-)
