John F 1 Posted April 3, 2017 Share Posted April 3, 2017 I have reinstalled my Airbus X onto a new Win 10 machine and updated it to V1.31. I cannot get AerosoftXConnectExtended to start. I get an error:- "The application has failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect. John F 1 Posted April 4, 2017 Author Share Posted April 4, 2017 Hi Tom, Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately no luck. Still getting the same error message after trying to start (as administrator) from the Win 10 program list. The original version was V1.2.0.0 and the one downloaded as per your instruction was V1.2.0.6, so as it was a later version I was hoping it would work. Does this help you? Any more ideas?
