omsi omnibus

Hi first time here for help I bought ( omsi the omnibus simulator) disk from ebay, I have installed it so many times and still cant get it to work having problems with Aerosoft it asked after the first time for the activation code and email but im sure it asked for the person who bought it there email I did put my email at the start and the code which was fine but as I went on nothing seems to want to work when I try open omsi it comes up  a message then iv got to open it when it does open it just goes off as fast as it came on like a flash. im almost at my whits end with it all now I don't want to send the game back as I used to play it on a friends and loved it, any help would be great at what im not doing right and what I should be doing.
