Aerosoft Sound System cannot be intialized?

Hello, I have the Aerosoft Airbus X which I brought from JustFlight. I opened up a flight and i got a pop up saying the "Aerosoft Sound System Could Not Be Initialized" All i can do is click OK to this error, when the simulator (Prepar3d v3.4) eventuallly loads the sounds are not working. The APU sounds and buttons don't have a click sound. The Navigation Display shows as though the aircraft is in a cold and dark state but the engines are running.
