F14X Ver 1.10 bought on Amazon. No Update? Wrong key?

Hello,

I just bought the Aerosoft F14X Box on Amazon. I installed the plane in the P3D Folder.

After I activated the product online (what worked fine) I tried to download the Update File at the Aerosoft Download Center. There I'm asked to enter the Key again, but the Site tells me, that the key is wrong.

No Access granted.

Anyone who can tell me how to download the update file?
