BTW, Since I made this video I figured out that the ADI and flap indicator problems are not caused by Air Manager or Opus. In fact it's a feature of the Twin Otter Extended - for a couple of the AM gauges we're relying on a few Lvars that only get updated when the Virtual Cockpit is visible.
