Want to change to p3d

It uses the same installer for P3D so you don't need to worry about transferring anything. Just run the installer, and when you are asked what sim to use, select P3D.

All our own aircraft come at one license for all supported simulators.
Simply run the installer, select the sim in which you want to install and you're good to go.

With aircraft from other vendors (PMDG, Flight1, etc.) it may be different, so take a close look at which aircraft you own and want to continue without repruchasing them before you uninstall FSX.
