This is my data; Order ID number:247985 However, I have created a ticket in Aerosoft (ticket # 189848) and they have answered me to look at my user center, but i I've followed step by step all indications, but in In my user center does not appears any order, so the order is not assigned to my account, I send you a screen of what I have in my Aerosoft account. It seems that there has been a problem with the purchase. Please i need to know what i have to do to receive the product i bought.
