UN862 and RISLA

Featured Replies

Hi

Everytime I fly south over RISLA to join UN862 the plane turns right away from the actual route. On each occasion my previous way point has been NOKIN on UP16. The course between NOKIN and RISLA is 203° and the outbound course from RISLA to KARNO is 185°. Therefore the plane should turn slightly left and not right. The first time it happened I only caught it once the plane was on a north heading. On the other three occasions I have been expecting the right turn and have corrected the problem after the plane has turned approx 10°right.

This only ever happens when am flying the Aerosoft Airbus.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Nixon

Try to find a new route

(routefinder) you can

copy and paste the

waypoints into the airbus

or use the Companyroute editor.

Would you please verify the version of the Airbus you're running?  It should be version 1.31.  This can be found in the Main Flight SIm folder\aerosoft\Airbus A318_A319\Product file (open it with Notepad).

Can you please provide the route you're flying, including departure and arrival airports?

Also, are you programming the route manually, or using a service that provides a flight plan file (if so, which one).

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Which version of navdata are you running and what kind of weather is it there.

Sorry for only replying now.

I am using version 1.31. On each occasion it has happened I have flown from a different departure airport to a different arrival airport. For example one was from EGPF to EGJJ and another was from EGPE to EGGD. I use PFPX to plan the route and I enter the route manually. My nav database is provided by Navigraph and is always current. The first time I noticed it was with Active Sky Next running the other times have happened since upgrading to Active Sky 2016.

Hi Nixon,

can you please provide also a complete flight plan (e.g. the PFPX OFP) so we will be able to exactly verify your flight?
