    The Lightning used a system called "Violet Picture"  for ADF homing, this utilised the ILS localiser indicator on the nav display as the director. 
  In the sim I felt it would over complicate matters as the nav display already has animations driving animations, so I decided to omit it (it was little used in in real life anyway). 
 I might try and see if I can get it working in the T5 though .
