Even though I turn the Nav Brt Knob the display remains black, plus the controls don't work either I've tried using the mouse yoke and my joystick. I've reinstalled AXE several time but nothing changed. Please help!!!! many thanks

You need to install the SimConnect package which comes with your P3D but is not getting installed automatically:

  • Prepar3D Program Folder\redist \Interface\FSX-SP2-XPACK\retail\lib\SimConnect.msi
