Problem with link to download Alternative script for the checklist autofeather test

I have just tried to use this link" Twotter_Checklist_Autofeathertest_fix.zip"  to download this fix. Every time I get the following message:

We could not locate the item you are trying to view.

Error code: 2C327/1

I would be grateful on any advice on how I can download
