The wake seem odd? Don't recall it being this way in FSX. This is with P3D v3.2.3.16769 and F-14X Extended. I'm wondering if a particular setting within P3D could remedy it?

In general FSX wake effects do not translate nicely to P3D, we had to rebuid one from scratch for the Kitty Hawk.

I found that out shortly after posting that up. The other carriers I have Kittyhawk and (2) Russian carriers show the wake as follows:

Know of any work around/fix for the Nimitz?

Mine looks similar w/ P3D v3.2...although it is not always present (the cross-hatching)...seems like it is worse when the ship first gets put in motion.

BTW, if you convert your screenshots to .jpg you can drag them into your post and they should show up in the thread.

FYI:

 

After updating to the current P3D version 3.3.5x the wake issue has been resolved and is working correctly.

Take that back there still is an issue with the wake on Javiers Nimitz. Anyone have any luck contacting Javier?
