Solved AIRAC problem of LUKK airport Chisinau Moldova

Hello guys,
I have AIRAC NavDataPro with constantly updated yearly subscription, use the Aerosoft Airbus X, I have the flight simulator Lockheed Martin Prepar3D V3;
the simulator is in default that with the airport on payment, on LUKK Chinisau Moldova has both ILS on runway 08 to 26;
because there is no page Arrival in the ILS? I also tried to redraw But no, I am attaching also the images, look for your feedback, thanks greetings.

CHISINAU / INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
MAJOR CONSTRUCTION WORK

1.  From 31 Mar 2016 to 18 Aug 2016, at CHISINAU / INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT the major construction works on RWY 08/26.

 

3.  Due to displaced THR 26 and RWY 08 END, the following radio navigation and landing aids are out of service:

• ILS RWY 08 (CAT I and CAT II);
• LOC 08 ‘IRG’ (110.300MHZ);
• GP 08 (335.000MHZ);
• DME 08 ‘IRG’ (CH40X);
• ILS RWY 26 (CAT I);
• LOC 26 ‘ILD’ (109.900MHZ);
• GP 26 (333.800MHZ);
• DME 26 ‘ILD’ (CH36X).

4.  All aircrafts will be informed by ATC regarding to displacement of RWY 26 threshold / RWY 08 END by 1290M, during the work period.

5.  The following Charts are suspended:

• AD-2.LUKK_2-5-1_Aerodrome_Chart-ICAO,
• AD-2.LUKK_2-13-1_Aerodrome_Obstacle_Chart-ICAO_Type_A,
• AD-2.LUKK_2-15-1_Precision_Approach_Terrain_Chart-ICAO_RWY_08,
• AD-2.LUKK_4-1-1_Instrument_Approach_Chart-ICAO_ILS_CAT_I_and_II_RWY_08,
• AD-2.LUKK_4-1-3_Instrument_Approach_Chart-ICAO_LOC_RWY_08,
• AD-2.LUKK_4-2-1_Instrument_Approach_Chart-ICAO_ILS_CAT_I_RWY_26,
• AD-2.LUKK_4-2-3_Instrument_Approach_Chart-ICAO_LOC_RWY_26,
• AD-2.LUKK_4-2-5_Instrument_Approach_Chart-ICAO_VOR_DME_RWY_26,
• AD-2.LUKK_4-3-3_Instrument_Approach_Chart-ICAO_RNAV_GPS_RWY_26.

6.  A temporary Charts for use during repairing works to be included in Supplement:

• Appendix 1: Aerodrome Chart – ICAO,

therefore it means that after that date the next AIRAC updates we should find the ILS?
