I had the same in P3D. I tried everything, but it was only solved when I installed the Tomcat update. Uninstalling then reinstalling it.

If the deck aircraft are missing, then it means the entry in the scenery isn't called out correctly. It's automatically added so long as the FSX version you are selecting from the installer matches the destination simulator.

 

I'd try a clean re-install of the F-14, but you can also manually add the scenery to your library.

 

The location of the scenery is: [FSX Root]/Aerosoft/F-14A/CV_63
