Nav doesnt go to altitude cruise, and panels freeze and turn off?? crj

when i am flying, the screens freeze up and then when i touch them they turn black. also the nav is sometimes putting me into nosedive and not going to cruise fl320. HALPPP

Please install these 64bit C++ Libraries if you are using windows. Also if they are installed. Sometimes the C++ libraries are defective...
