I cannot get LUA for E gen to work or panel lights they flash but do not stay on.  

Did you perform a  clean install of the F-14 Extended (un-install the F-14X and delete any F-14 directories in SimObjects/Airplanes)?

 

I can verify (and have bug listed) the E-Gen lua function, but not the panel lights.
