I couldn't find an appropriate forum to post this, so I am doing it here.

 

I have this error by the online shop very often "Shop - Server error 500 The website encountered an error while retrieving ".

 

It comes almost at every menu I am clicking or a language selection at above.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Could be an incorrect file stuck in there.

I have done it , complete and cookies also and I had it also this morning about an hour ago.

I was browsing with GOOGLE Chrome. The days after is/was OK, visited the shop many times but didn't had a problem.
