musefan 363 Posted January 30, 2016 Share Posted January 30, 2016 I'm currently doing the round the world challenge and I'm looking to do leg 5 BGBW (Greenland) to CYYR (Canada). When I click on "Find" I get a route that takes me a ridiculous direction. See attached file. Please login to display this image. Am I doing something seriously wrong? I'm very new to PFPX. Deputy Sheriffs Tom A320 4915 Posted January 30, 2016 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted January 30, 2016 In that area there are no available airways because of all the start/end points of the North Atlantic Tracks (NAT). PFPX tries to route you to the few available airways in lower airspace, which causes this strange routing. The solution is to create a route by yourself by defining your own waypoints.
