neilgnicholson 3
Aerosoft's daughter company Simware Simulation, can you get aircraft update links for the likes of Carenado or do you have to repurchase ? Have had no luck with email contact.

neilgnicholson 3
Still no joy with support from Aerosoft's sister company simw.com, not even a confirmation email about any updates. Well i will have to vote with my wallet. A large loss for simw.com and sister company as i spend on average about 2000 dollars on x-plane a year. Administrator Heinz Flichtbeil 1609 Posted April 7, 2016 Administrator Share Posted April 7, 2016 Hello, unfortunately I don't have access to the databases of the download shops. But new updates (most fullversions) will be send from the developers to all shops ... So the new fullversions shall appear in the customer download shop accounts of the shops where purchased. You must not purchase the purchased addons again. Here in our forum I post the updates: http://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/forum/538-new-releases-and-updates/ Greets Heinz
