I am flying The Tomcat at altitude with everything stable-altitude hold on in vector mode and if for some reason I have to pause FSX while flying the Tomcat, when I unpause, the Plane goes into a steep dive and usually I cannot recover.  Has anyone else reported this, or how can I keep this from happening?  Any advice would be helpful.

I have experienced exactly the same thing, but I have been able to recover with a quick AP disconnect.

This last time it happened, I tried unarming the autopilot altitude switch, but not the Main Autopilot Switch.  Will try that when I get a chance and see what happens.
